Returns element-wise remainder of division. When `x < 0` xor `y < 0` is
true, this follows Python semantics in that the result here is consistent with a flooring divide. E.g. `floor(x / y) * y + mod(x, y) = x`.
NOTE: `math.FloorMod` supports broadcasting. More about broadcasting [here](http://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy/user/basics.broadcasting.html)

Public Methods
public Output<T> asOutput ()
Returns the symbolic handle of the tensor.
Inputs to TensorFlow operations are outputs of another TensorFlow operation. This method is used to obtain a symbolic handle that represents the computation of the input.
public static FloorMod<T> create (Scope scope, Operand<T> x, Operand<T> y)
Factory method to create a class wrapping a new FloorMod operation.
Parameters

Returns
- a new instance of FloorMod
